Licensing model
migRaven.MAX is licensed as a subscription. The license volume is based on the number of active, personal accounts in Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID. You operate the server and database components entirely within your own infrastructure.
License metric
90-day rule
Accounts that have signed in to Active Directory or Entra ID within the past 90 days are counted. If both sign-in dates are available, the more recent one counts. The time window is assessed on a rolling basis — the total number of accounts in the directory is not what matters.

This overview describes the general principles of the migRaven.MAX licensing model. Solely binding and legally relevant are the individual quote, the agreed contract and subscription terms, and the price list valid at the time the contract is concluded.
