What is aikux.Brain?
An architecture of three layers: the aikux.Brain interface for users, beneath it the AI model and agent swarm, and the GraphDB with the knowledge graph as the foundation. Knowledge is not stored as a pile of documents but as a connected model of entities and relationships.
Three use cases
- Off-boarding & knowledge transfer — the subject matter expert retires and decades of experience are at risk of being lost. In their final months the expert feeds the Brain via chat or file upload; in the background new nodes and edges are created automatically — the knowledge stays in the company.
- Turbo onboarding — new colleagues get up to speed on their own via the AI chat: „What is the process for holiday requests?", „Who is responsible for project X?"
- Customizing & integration — third-party systems are connected via connectors. The AI-enabled CRM answers questions such as „Show me all customers from Berlin who bought product X last year" — entirely without SQL. The integration with migRaven.MAX makes IT security transparent: more than 100 connectors for AD, Teams, SharePoint etc.
The result: knowledge secured permanently, onboarding time reduced, complex data accessible through natural language.
