What the slides contain
The slides lead from the starting position of classic IAM projects to the approach that migRaven.MAX offers instead. They show why Active Directory structures, file server permissions, local groups, cloud accounts, SaaS applications, service accounts and group policies that have grown over the years can only be translated into a few stable roles with difficulty — and which follow-up costs this creates in maintenance.
A separate section is devoted to the Knowledge Graph: instead of placing individual lists and static reports side by side, a connected model of the IT environment is created. Only there does it become visible which groups are used where, which permissions apply to which data and which objects no longer serve any purpose.
From understanding to automation
The presentation closes with the two editions and the path between them:
- MAX Foundation — connectivity, analysis, Knowledge Graph, AI-supported evaluation, audit reports and Clean-up.
- MAX Evolution — additionally user lifecycle, provisioning, self-service and process-supported implementation.
Both follow the same basic principle: first understand, then clean up, then automate.
